Terms of use

1. What Bazaar is
Nhako Bazaar is a free directory where sellers show their products. Bazaar does not sell anything, does not take payment and is not a party to any sale. Every purchase is an agreement between you and the seller.
2. Sellers
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to open a shop.
You are responsible for everything you list: that it is accurate, legal in Malaysia, and yours to sell. Prices you show are what you charge.
Halal labels on Bazaar are your own declaration. Do not claim JAKIM certification unless you hold it.
Not allowed: vapes and e-cigarettes, medicines or supplements with health claims, counterfeit goods, weapons, adult content, live animals for sale, and anything illegal in Malaysia.
3. Buyers
Check the seller before you pay. Bazaar does not verify products or deliveries. A verified badge only means we confirmed the seller's business registration or identity.
4. Reports and removal
Anyone can report a listing. We may hide or remove listings or shops that break these terms, without notice.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to your photos and text. By publishing them you let Bazaar show them on the site, in search engines and in share previews.
6. No warranty
Bazaar is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Nhako is not liable for losses arising from dealings between buyers and sellers.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: hello@nhako.com.
